Straka Construction & Earthmoving LTD was established in 2003, and has been a successful business run primarily on Auckland’s North Shore, catering to both private and commercial clients. Our skill sets cover a wide scope of works in the civil and residential industries, from construction through to renovations, general earthworks through to landscaping, concrete to asphalt.

EARTHMOVING & CIVIL.

Involves 5+ men, working with 5 – 14 tonne excavators, 4-wheel & 6-wheel tip trucks, and a fully customised fleet crew cab that carries every tool and piece of equipment needed to operate a full work-site, ranging from diesel, emulsion, water, generators, testing equipment, power tools, compressors, water blasters, etc. The dig out crew specialises in civil dig outs in roading construction, and covers associated aspects such as drainage, asphalting, & compaction.

CONCRETE & ASPHALT.

Involves 4+ men, equipped with a 5.5 tonne excavator, a fully customised fleet crew cab and trailer that hauls boxing, mesh, and various tools to complete the task, a compactor, power tools, generator, concrete breaker, & other equipment, and a 4-wheel tip truck,. This crew concentrates on civil and private concrete work, laying footpaths, driveways, kerb blocks, bus stops, bus pads, and anything to do with concrete.

EARTHMOVING & PRIVATE WORK.

Involves 4+ men, with excavators ranging from 2.5 – 20 tonne depending on the job, with thousands of hours of experience cutting house sites, roads, bulk earthworks, piles, augering, transforming countrysides and creating new landscapes. Our earthworks crew commands its own tip trucks, customised fleet truck, excavators, compactors, testing equipment and transporters. We create horse arenas, yards and custom fencing solutions for unique properties, and treat each job with care and respect.
